We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product listing, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

30-Day Returns Window

You have 30 days from receiving your order to report any issues. After 30 days, we may not be able to process a return.

How to Request a Return

1. Email us at orders@inksmithery.com
2. Include your order reference (e.g. IS-XXXXXXXX)
3. Attach a photo showing the issue

We aim to respond within 24 hours and will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Made-to-Order Products

Because every product is printed individually just for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or simply not liking the product. Please check sizes and product details carefully before ordering.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they enter production. Once printing has begun, cancellation is not possible. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear on your statement.
